"The house is in a beautiful location, no denying that. However, the property was not clean. The kitchen worktop was cluttered with unclean gadgets with an extension cable and wires everywhere that obviously didn't pass any safety checks. There was opened food in the fridge (including mayonnaise), goodness knows how long it had been there. There was a lot of food in the freezer some with dates on of over 2 years old. The bedroom had an infestation of wood beetles, which were also apparent...
