"Good, close to everything nice and clean on arrival and communication is on point 👌"

"Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. "

"Searles is a good site with plenty of entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay BUT. We made the booking through Hoseasons and on two occasions we received emails saying your payment has not gone through and the booking was cancelled without any contact with us apart form the email. We struggled to find a phone number to resolve the problem which is still a mystery. Searles provided us with contact number and we were able to book it over the phone. The online booking system was a disaster"

"The house was perfect for our group, 8 adults and 2 10 year olds. Location was super and there was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The little Christmas tree was a lovely touch. A warm and cozy home to return to after some super windy walks along the coast! Would stay again. "

"Went with my family to stay at this house as part of my birthday celebrations. The house was easy to find, access to property and security was really good. The house was very lovely, plenty of space and room for us. If we had any questions, the host was quick to respond and help with anything we needed. Host was also very flexible. We were also given a lovely welcome basket of treats (we took to the beach) and drinks to enjoy. Really happy with our stay and customer service."

"The caravan was as expected clean with good facilities Searles is a fine park very close to the Sea front. Plenty of facilities, 3 good pools, evening entertainment and a lovely little train which goes throughout the park and sea front."

"Ideal for me and my sister and dog. Five minutes to the beach, peaceful location being a short walk or drive to an abundance of amenities. We are regular visitors to this and the surrounding area and loved the cottage. We would stay here again and would recommend to others."

"This property is the perfect place for a group getaway! Lovely spacious cabin with everything you could want. The owner sent over lots of useful info and was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions I had."

"So the house is lovely and the Location perfect for what we wanted. Opposite a good pub and at the start of a great beach walk. Really the main issue was the whole covid process. Changing the arrival and departure times caused us loads of issues as we were coming from the far side of London. The property management company did not care and could not have been less helpful about it.
