"Beautiful little chalet with the comfiest sofas. We had a very peaceful stay and the host was very accommodating too. The chalet was only a few minutes walk from the beach at north point which was lovely. lovely."

"Overall clean, welcoming, cosy and well appointed. We liked the decking area with gate, useful for sitting out and for the dog to sit outside safely. We couldn't work the oven so instructions in kitchen would have been good. Otherwise we were very happy with everything."

"Caravan was very clean and well equipped. Decor a little tired looking but didn’t spoil my stay. Decking had table and chairs. Host was very informative. Didn’t use the on site facilities as my stay was just 2 nights. Ideal location for families. "

"Great stay. Lovely and clean. Had the basic tea coffee sugar washing up liquid. Comfy bed. Could do with black out blinds in the main bed room. "

"Just returned home from a long weekend what a lovely stay we had the chalet was spotlessly clean and had everything we required included it was in a very peaceful location parking was right outside the door we was greeted by a lovely lady called Michelle and nothing was to much trouble for her after a couple of hours settling in we had a knock on the door from the owner he asked if everything was okay and if we need anything not to hesitate and give him a call I thought that was a very nice...

"The chalet was lovely, very clean, comfortable with enclosed decking which was really nice to sit out on in the evening. The owners are dog friendly & they had left a small welcome bag for my staffie with a couple of treats & tennis ball in which i thought was fab. Will definitely be booking again for a longer stay as we only stopped one night. Would definitely recommend this chalet as it is in an ideal location not far from Mablethorpe seafront."

"beautiful quiet site, very peaceful no clubhouse ect but does have onsite bar and restaurant with lovely food, 2 fishing lakes onsite (fishing licence required) 20mins drive from seafront, 5 mins from skegness raceway and 10/12 mins from fantasy island very accessible to everything around cant complain about this caravan was beautiful, clean and a pleasure to stay in "
