"Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. "

"This apartment is even larger than we expected. It had everything we needed and the location is perfect! It is walkable to anything you need. Also, the owner is extremely responsive. If anything needs to be fixed or cleaned, it’s as easy as a text. I would definitely stay here again! "

"We were displaced because of the Eaton fire. James was extremely responsive to our every message and provided a clean and well-equipped space to rest while we figured things out post-fire. "The apartment is not accurately listed - it really only sleeps one person, not 3. The Murphy bed that is quite short and can only sleep one adult person at an angle. This was a bit uncomfortable, but would never have worked for two persons. You had to totally rearrange the oversized couch and other furniture in the living room to pull the Murphy bed down. The second sleeping space was a cot in a walk- in closet with no ventilation, next to a wall of built-in shelves. If I had counted on this...
