"Our experience at Barsa At 9 on Canal was extremely disappointing. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the unit we had rented. The lockbox that was supposed to contain our key and parking pass was empty. We waited for over an hour and made multiple calls to condo services, but they were unable to locate maintenance personnel or even the manager to provide us with keys to the unit. Unfortunately, there was no one available to help us. After waiting endlessly, we had no choice but to search for...

"Nice new-build place close to everything downtown. Several restaurants are nearby, and you can easily Uber to anywhere you need to go in Indy."

"My stays (2 and counting) are nothing less than exceptional. I have stayed in two different 1 bedroom apartments and they are absolutely amazing. I travel a lot and when in Indy I will check here first. These are actual 1 bedroom apartments with full amenities including granite countertops, stainless appliances and full washer and dryers. All of the rooms are immaculate, the staff is super attentive, the location couldn't be any better, it's perfect!!"

"The property was nice and fairly well kept. Upon check in there was a portable in room air conditioner with the vent hose cut through the door to the balcony which made it next to impossible to use the balcony. The whole “verification” process with the Landing app was a total pain. They wanted selfies, ID, SSN, etc. That’s extremely excessive for a 2 night rental booked through Expedia. As well, they wanted it for my spouse. Complete pain. For that reason alone I wouldn’t book a Landing property...
