"Property at the end of this cul-de-sac worked great for us three brothers and our families to stay for a weekend getaway. Place was clean and as advertised. Updated bathrooms worked well. Location was nice for city day trips and plenty of room for the 13 of us to spread out. Cousins did lots of hide and seek. the pictured chess table was our family jigsaw puzzle table for the weekend. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars was that the kitchen was oddly lacking some "normal" items....

"We loved everything about the property. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. But also, plenty of room to gather with our whole group. We had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend Boris and his property."

However, there was a lack of communication from the host (no check-in info provided until we called for it when we arrived and had to wait for a call back, no check out instructions even though I asked 18 hours in advance), no hot tub as described (they changed their listing after my non-refundable booking and took hot tub off the listing), the upstairs was 86 degrees upon check in but did have a portable a/c unit...

"It is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We were just there for 1 night and the house served its purpose. However there is no way that this house would sleep 4 people. There is 1 queen bed (that is the creakiest bed I have ever slept on) and 1 futon."

However, much of the kitchen pans and cooking ware were old and not usable. "we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting. Much of the interior is original from 1910-staircases etc..and is beautiful. Rooftop space faces South and the view is really cool. Huge kitchen table that seats at least 12. "House was easy to find. We were a little confused by the door code in the subject line and a different number in the overall description for check-in and amenities.
