"This was the perfect place to stay for a trip to see family over the holidays. The location is wonderful for the ships in Macedonia or accessibility to Cleveland and surrounding cities. "Great place to stay for seeing the surrounding area or if you’re in town for some reason. I personally couldn’t get ahold of anyone to talk with during the stay, which put us on a time crunch that we could’ve avoided. Other than that issue the place was clean and tended to the needs we had at the same rate of a hotel but more room to ourselves and less hassle. I’d give a 5 star if I were able to easily communicate with someone involving any concerns or issues we have. "

Such a great hotel in downtown Cleveland.

"This was just the cutest & most fun hotel to stay at. We only stayed for one night & I wish we had booked a second night. The vibe inside the hotel is so cool. The restaurant for breakfast was really good, huge portions. The rooms had a lot of charm to them with the tall ceilings & wooden shutters on the windows. Will DEFINITELY stay here again. "

"We actually had planned on staging at an Air B&B, but it was horrible so we needed somewhere to stay for 3 days that was close and had rooms. Expedia was a great help getting us a deal and we ended up loving the hotel. The couches and fireplace in the lobby were our favorite. A nice place to read a book. The complimentary coffee in the morning was also above average. The other thing we loved was how close it was to everything, we didn’t move our car for 3 days. Very pleased with everything. "
