Definitely get a golf cart if you don’t have transportation, it was a fun way to get around. "The layout of this house is nice. Master bedroom on one end with two back to back in the other with living and kitchen in the middle. Unfortunately, this house has not been maintained. No working fire detectors in the entire home, and only one actually had batteries installed but found to be defective. Very bad water pressure and minimal hot water.
