"Really enjoyed my stay here, as a tourist I was having trouble booking flights and hotels to match and with this hotel had many options available and last minute too. Very friendly compared to the other hotels we stayed at and convenient store inside for food. Took care of our baggage while we were out and put it up in our rooms for us. Also provided transportation to Narita Airport so if you need somewhere to go after narita, check out this hotel."

"This hotel is beautiful and MASSIVE!! We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great experience! They offer a super convenient shuttle service to the train station at no cost. The limousine bus to and from Narita and Haneda airport are paid service for affordable. (But the bus schedule ends early, around 6pm I believe, so we didn’t have the opportunity to ride from the airport since our flight arrived later.) The staff were helpful, and always ready with a smile. This property was across the beach, so our kiddos loved that. The only downside was that, the hotel location is quite far from all the attractions we did. Disney, TeamLap, Kidzania, Sakura district, Tokyo tower etc. (They’re all over 1.5 by train) But we were able to still move around because the train station from the hotel is walkable! If you’re looking for a more quiet stay, and don’t mind hopping from one train to another then this will be the right place for you! "

They offer a super convenient shuttle service to and from the airport, train station, and even the mall—such a lifesaver when traveling with kids! The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. From thoughtful amenities to seamless service, everything was just perfect. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Narita—this place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!"
