"I really enjoyed my stay here. The only issue I encountered was front desk not being able to remagnetize my keycard to my room which was an inconvenience. I was told that the keycards were locked in a safe somewhere and only accessible by management. In my opinion, that was the most ludicrous thing I’ve ever heard. I’ve stayed at many hotels across the world and never had I heard such an excuse. One last complaint… The breakfast buffet was disgusting and clearly ownership is trying to cut corners financially. Not a good look for a beachside hotel. "

The service was exceptional with attentive staff (special shoutout to Mimi) who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Another highlight was the amazing breakfast choices and Filipino food for dinner. Overall, the tour, massage, transfers, and other services such as laundry at this place was worth it. "I like a lot the beach and the position, the care and attention by the working team and the excursions to the nearby islands that I believe it is a must should you are getting there from far away. The restaurant is a bit expensive compare to shore ones (but it is also an island and logistic cost) and the excursions are a bit expensive but they were private ones and we really had a good time and enjoyed them all."
