"I love the interior design of the house, it's very cozy and warmth. I love the location because it's peaceful and quiet but it has some disadvantages; the location is quite far from the city and if youre travelling with senior citizen do not book the second floor(that was my mistake) because it's a struggle for them to climb the stairs but they loved the view upstairs. "DO NOT BOOK! - this place does not exist anymore (we were talking to many people in town - no one new this place). Hotels.com does not support you with any refund, they don‘t care that they have properties on their website which doesn‘t exist. I book around 150-180 rooms per year and I can only suggest you to not book this property since your money will be gone."

"Vi ankom til en mudret byggeplads uden varsel. Turen derhen var besværlig, og beliggenheden var ikke god, men nærmere elendig, sammenlignet med det der står i beskrivelsen. Badeværelset lugtede, var klamt, bruser var ubrugelig pga. vandtrykket var så lavt. Værelsesvæggene var også klamme og beskidte. "This is not a Hotel !!! You get a room with towels. No toiletries. On Expedia says 2,5 stars Hotel, in fact - just a room with no toiletries (but included in the Expedia description and price). No hot water, just a tap water. Has generator if there is no electricity in El nido. Not bad location. Be prepared every morning to wake up as next to the room is kept live rooster, so get in bed around 20:00 if you want 8 hours sleep. "spend one night there with my girlfriend. we had an amazing evening and day there. there are also a few empty beaches that u can reach with the kayak in the area. really romantic and clean place. can't say any negative about this place. check in was around 3pm, then 40 min drive with boat and check out was around 3:30pm on the island. so we spend 24 hours there and got 3 meals that are included in the price. lovely staff, makes u don't want to leave this place. "This place was amazing, we stayed for 4 days. Its a little difficult to find cause it goes into some small streets. Transportation isn't easily accessible, but the staff coordinates the transport anytime on your behalf whether its a tricycle or a private van. I reccommend taking the tricycle if you're brave enough and looking to save a significant amount of money. El Nido proper is about 25-30 mins away by tricycle and 15-20 by van. "Many thanks to Uli & Rose for being excellent hosts, they made us feel like we were ‘part of the family’ The views from the balcony were spectacular, the rooms are large, have air-con and with smart TV. The shower/restroom also very spacious. We spent the evenings at the bar interacting with other guests and the hosts. There was also a good choice of delicious on the menu. We also opted for the breakfast included option. We also took advantage of the chariot/shuttle service, that took us into El Nido town and to the next beach… free of charge and included within the price. I personally recommend the Island Hopping, if you want to see some spectacular views of, and want to visit the beautiful lagoons, just ask Rose or Uli for details. They will also arrange transport too. The Reef Strand Resort is like a sparking hidden treasure, and my partner and I are already looking forward to visiting again in 2025. A special thank you to Jima, Angel, Jizreal and Jona, and all of the employees that welcomed us, took care of us and looked after us, during our stay. "
