"A very spacious 3 bedroom house with lovely enclosed courtyard and sun terrace. Very well equipped. Lounge was very comfortable. There is parking in a nearby garage (make sure you are shown where it is and how to access). Very convenient and easy drive to Alhambra. We parked there on a couple of occasions and walked down to the city. Only a 7 euro taxi ride from city to parking (note: we were quoted 15 euros for the ride by FreeNow....they didn't turn up so we flagged a taxi down and it was half...

"Casa Holmes is in a lovely little village and is impeccably clean with a completely private fantastic large pool. Lots of thoughtful touches iwhich is in a little old authentic Spanish village house . Great aircon in all bedrooms! The only SLIGHT drawbacks are that the stairs are quite steep with the last two steps being higher than others - there is a baby gate but for tiny children maybe not totally suitable - there is a handrail however. "The property was so authentic and beautiful. Dated but for us this was a good thing as it felt local and special. Paqui was extremely helpful even though he didn’t speak much English, his daughter helped communicate with us via WhatsApp and gave us lots of recommendations and support with travel. We were hoping to use taxis but because of the villa location this is not possible all the time so if you’re staying here you should definitely get a Hire car! The biggest supermarket was 17 min drive...

"This is a really nice country farmhouse with a beautiful courtyard, pool and fruit trees all around. One of the best things was a well stocked store of local goods such that we often didn’t need to stop for groceries or go to a restaurant. The owner is available and thoughtful. It was spotlessly clean, the pool was amazing and perfect with the views, the house is well stocked and our host Juan Carlos and his family were wonderful. Very thoughtful and kind and helped us with all kinds of local insights. We all highly recommend this home. There is a lot to see and do in the towns and area nearby. We loved our stay."
