"You gotta have the Level option when making a reservation. The Level lounge offers food, drinks, relaxation, and a great view of Alhambra night and day, from morning to evening daily. The property is very clean all around, the staff is exceptionally warm, and courteous. Will utilize Meliá Hotels again. Very impressed."

"Service was excellent, although they were the only hotel on our two week trip that couldn't accommodate early check in. Room was perfectly sized for two people. Location was excellent, very easy to get around and to the shopping/restaurants we were interested in. Pros: - great sized room - clean facilities - very comfortable bedding - helpful and friendly staff - good breakfast with scrambled eggs Cons: - none! Next time: would definitely stay again! My wife's favorite hotel on our trip!"

"Gorgeous hotel, spotless and comfortable. Perfectly located for all the tourist attractions. Few minute walk to public transport, across the road from Granada Cathedral and all the flamenco venues. Around the corner (literally) from the Arab quarter. "
