"After a long drive from the UK meeting a host as friendly and helpful as Sylvie made us feel so welcome. The apartment is typical for this area in that its not too huge but has everything you could need, a real homely feeling.The apartment has glass enclosed balcony, that can be opened or enclosed. "This was the perfect apartment for our group of six! We had both enough space for privacy as well as a great area for relaxing and cooking meals together. Arrival and check-in was so easy (to include being fortunate to have met the wonderful Karine). The location was great, communication was excellent, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry were well stocked. We have been to Nice many times and this was the best place we’ve stayed! "

"We travelled in November and appreciated electric heating to maintain comfort in the evening / night. Apartment was recently renovated and very clean upon arrival. The bedding and mattress were comfortable: not too hard, not too soft. Note that elevators in the old town are rare: there are 88 steps up to the apartment though staircase is wide, solid stone and easy to use.
