"Free breakfast(although limited space) is just enough for short term traveller like me. The reception allowed us and other guests waiting in lobby to check in 15mins earlier because they finished roomkeeping before check-in time(I guess) and I greatly appreciate that. Although the hotel is on the "quiter" side of the Nagano station, but it is walkable so you will not be short of options for restaurants and other necessities. "

The room was clean and had all the standard amenities. The staff were helpful with things like shipping our luggage and answering questions."
