"Newly refurbished, still a few problems. Light on desk not working, no mirror for ladies to see when drying hair but told they were arriving that day. Difficult working the shower. Had to call for assistance so need instructions on the door of how’s to turn on and off and direct to overhead or hand held. Otherwise very satisfied with the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A delicious breakfast. We have stayed there before and would so so again."

"A lovely stay! I was in the Sartoria building around the back as there were functions on. The room was clean, spacious and modern! The spa was closed, which was a shame and weird for a Friday night, and the Sartoria Café needed another member of staff to help; the poor girl on her own was struggling but she was lovely and the food great! My room had French doors and a large open patio, which were close to other rooms and another guest decided to smoke at 6am, meaning my room stunk of smoke....
