Even the little details, like the drivers who took us to the slopes, were perfect. They were punctual, friendly, and added to the overall smoothness of our stay. Everyone we encountered – from the reception team to the restaurant staff – was smiling and genuinely kind, which created such a positive atmosphere. "Great location and a quick walk to the Cry d’er lift. Across the street from the bus stop and in the town plus a quick walk to Montana, grocery stores and a lot of restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious and well designed, separate WC from the shower and sink which is great. Lots of plugs and adapters available in the room. Great views. Basic tea and instant coffee plus two bottles of water at check in. They should have resticked the coffee but didn’t but a quick ask. Great view of the mountains and nice balacony. "

"This was a lovely hotel in Kandersteg. This is located beside the gondola station and the walking path for the hike to lake. There was a nice restaurant at the hotel that we had a great dinner at and the breakfast was very enjoyable. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would come back again!"
