The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed – we felt so comfortable throughout our stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made us feel so welcome. The highlight of our experience was dining at Frenchy restaurant. The food was simply outstanding! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with so much attention to detail in every dish. The restaurant staff were just as fantastic – always warm, friendly, and attentive. Even the little details, like the drivers who took us to the slopes, were perfect. They were punctual, friendly, and added to the overall smoothness of our stay. Everyone we encountered – from the reception team to the restaurant staff – was smiling and genuinely kind, which created such a positive atmosphere. "This was a lovely hotel in Kandersteg. This is located beside the gondola station and the walking path for the hike to lake. There was a nice restaurant at the hotel that we had a great dinner at and the breakfast was very enjoyable. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would come back again!"
