"I really liked this place, despite some eccentricities. Estrella del Norte is run by a few generations of a Canarian family, and feels like a family-run establishment. The building is somewhat dated, but boasts fantastic views both ways, of the sea and nearby Teide volcano. They keep it spotlessly clean, and are very welcoming. "The house is lovely. Spacious and contains everything. Comfortable beds and an excellent kitchen which is very well equipped. All manner of useful utensils. Excellent fridge/freezer and very nice coffee machine. Kitchen opens out to lovely outside areas. Lots of places to sunbath amongst the flowers and shrubs. Everything is of a very high quality here. You need a car although there is the bus stop within walking distance. The Lidl supermarket is 15 min walk. A nice restaurant about 10 min walk....

"The pictures of the property really don’t do it justice- we were pleasantly surprised when entering the property grounds. The check in process was easy. The inside kitchen is a bit small but the outdoor one is huge! The villa has lovely sea views and is more spacious than it seems.The only downside to the stay was a very cold pool, didn’t really get use of of it due to this - however I imagine in the summer it is perfect. Definitely would return here, love the location. "
