"Absolutely lovely. Well lit leading to hotel, safe area to walk late at night, and the right amount of space. Staff always helpful and kind. Heads up if you have a large suitcase as there is no lift. Coffee and tea available in lobby, and a little sink in the room. All of about ten minutes from major train station, less for smaller one. Right by a beautiful park, minutes from the British Museum, and just about a 20-30 minute walk into Covent Garden, Soho, and Piccadilly. It is also a couple of minutes walk to the Piccadilly tube, a 15-minute walk to Kings Cross station, and you can get to any bus stop and other tube lines in less than 20 minutes. "Location is wonderful walking distance to Piccadilly Circus and into the theater district upgrading to the breakfast is worth it. The AC did not work very well and was quite noisy outside the hotel. A solid for for the price in the convenience of the location."

"This was exactly what I needed. I needed a hotel super close to the London St. Pancras train station for one night, so I could easily make it to the airport the next morning. This was about a 5 minute walk from the train station, which was great since it was dark and rainy. My room was actually across the street from the reception desk, and on the 3rd floor. "Our room was freshly painted and bathroom very tight, but not bad for a quick overnight stay! The manager/owner of the property did us the big favor of holding our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The area is great! Lots of great and cozy restaurants and bars, including a small but cool shopping area near by. Lastly, my wife left her Apple watch in the room and great to know it was kept safe with manager/owner. We appreciate the excellent customer service! "
