The manager/owner of the property did us the big favor of holding our luggage for a few hours after check-out. The area is great! Lots of great and cozy restaurants and bars, including a small but cool shopping area near by. Lastly, my wife left her Apple watch in the room and great to know it was kept safe with manager/owner. We appreciate the excellent customer service! "

"Only stayed for one night but perfect for us. Close to Paddington which was great for leaving our bags to pick up for our return journey. And Edgware Road tube to get around London. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfy and clean. Exactly what we needed."

"Cannot fault the room generally, it was clean with excellent amenities. Nice staff and easy entrance/exit. The only thing that wasn't great was the bed, the mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows waffer thin. Our friend in another room did not have this issue, but myself and my partner struggled to sleep. Checking mattresses/pillows for quality more frequently in rooms would be my only negative feedback."
