"I loved my experience staying at KAI. The Osen was lovely; there was also cold sake, green tea, ice cream, hot tea, and many other beverages for guests to enjoy after using the Osen. The library was quiet to do some work, with snacks and drinks also available. The breakfast and dinner were good. Overall, my stay was terrific. The staff was courteous and attentive. "

"The property was good, but the check-in process was ridiculously over-complicated and extremely annoying. Needing to provide photos of your passports, yourself, all of your guest’s information and then also having a video call is not worth the trouble. And it’s not like this place was cheap.
