The traditional rooms are spacious, has a great views, and sleeping in a futon on tatami is a classic for a reason! The amenities are very nice too, with two whole building's worth of stuff! "Staff were very kind. The Kaiseki dinner was superb. Although we did not use the public bath, the private bath reserved was great and our bodies felt less sore after a long dip. "

"The property was good, but the check-in process was ridiculously over-complicated and extremely annoying. Needing to provide photos of your passports, yourself, all of your guest’s information and then also having a video call is not worth the trouble. And it’s not like this place was cheap. It is much easier to just stay in a hotel and not deal with all this headache."
