"This is a little gem I stumbled upon when looking for a hotel in the Lake Kawaguchiko area. The hotel is situated on a hillside overlooking the lake. It’s sort of right in the middle of all the activities but being away on the hill makes it completely serene. "The place was beautiful. The owners were also extremely friendly, they offered to drive us to any restaurant in the area if we didn’t want to eat at a place within walking distance. Breakfast was also delicious and traditional. They also helped us get a bus reservation to our next destination and drove us to the bus stop. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel was nice and had some great amenities, but it is located pretty far from the train station and it seems the buses in the area stop running at 6:30 pm. Most businesses (like restaurants) also close around this time, so at least you can enjoy the onsen in the evening when there’s not much else to do!"

"It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"凄く丁寧で優しい。朝チェックアウトのあと駐車場へ向かったら霜が降りてて車の窓ガラスが真っ白になってました。そのあとすぐ旅館の方が霜を取るヘラを持ってきてくれました。 普通であれば霜を溶かす為に数分エンジンかけ、暖房で温めたり時間がかかった出発がかなり時短になりました。 ３歳の息子が居ましたが、館内用の浴衣もお布団も小さいサイズを用意してくれ嬉しかったです。 館内の歯磨き粉は少し固かったですが、改善してくれる事を祈ります。 あと館内に電子レンジがないのですが、旅館の方が、「厨房で温めますか？」と聞いてくれ、優しかったです。 わからないことや困ったことは旅館の方が親身に聞いて対応が早かったです。 部屋は凄く広く、古い作りでしたが、素泊まりにはかなり満足でした。 また家族や友達とまた泊まりたいと思った旅館です。 旅館の周りは徒歩300m圏内にコインランドリーや食べ物屋さん(ほうとう屋さんやお寿司屋さんなど)色々ありました。 20時閉店が多い為早めに来店が必要かもしれません。 薬局やコンビニもあります。 "

"Really nice place, big could fit 4/6 people easy. There was only two of us so we had lots of space. Location was decent. About 15/20min nice walk from mt fuji station. You get your own private indoor hot tube,you have to fill it yourselves,theres a hob fridge and microwave. Also really nice views of Mt fuji. We would stay here again "
