Our group had decided the rent cars which made getting around the area that much easier as well as the location of the villa having easy and accessible parking. "Property was on the lake and had a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji if you’re lucky to have a clear day. My 3 kids and I stayed 2 nights and we had one beautiful clear morning. The place seems new and was stocked with everything you would need for simple meals. There was a washing machine and shower had shampoo, soap, etc. There are dining options close by and lots of sight seeing a short drive away. 7eleven close by to pick up snacks and few groceries if needed. "

"Quiet and close to many photo spots. Grocery stores are closed by. However, electric supply isn't good enough for the whole house. When you have a lot of guests and need to use all the a/c for warming or chilling the house, the fuse jumped all the time. You can only take turns to turn on the different electrics inn the house."

"What a wonderful holiday home. New and fresh, photos don’t do it justice. Lots of space, bedrooms are upstairs - 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds so could accommodate a large group. Few minutes walk to the lake with fabulous views of Mt Fuji and close to Oishi park. You can see Mt Fuji from the holiday house and it had a little deck (but no table/chairs). Really quiet area. No washer/dryer which was the only negative. House is managed by the shop across the road which is where you check in...
