"The staff was very friendly. Hotel inside and out was clean the room, the kitchen area, the lobby, hallways all very clean. Room had a recliner which was a nice surprise considering most rooms have desk chairs which are not comfortable. "

The only thing was that when I booked the room I didn’t realize that it didn’t include breakfast. When my husband went to the cafe to get us breakfast it cost $33.20 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, a regular coffee and a cup of tea. The next time I would go to Dunkin Donuts for half the price. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn in Kingston. The room was very nice, roomy, and clean. The refrigerator was small but fine. We did not have a smooth checkout. I dropped off the room key early and told the desk clerk that I was checking out. But later in the afternoon, I received a call asking when I was planning to check out. By then, I was in another city! We obviously had a miscommunication at the morning checkout."
