"Overall this was a decent property… I read the other reviews and my expectations were set and this met them. Overall it was clean, comfortable, and communication from the person/company managing it was good. I would recommend this rental to most people with a few notes… *There is off-street parking which is good, but it’s a little odd for Units 1 and 2 in that you may need to back out of a fairly narrow curved driveway. "Beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Lovely clean linens, etc. only issue was the very steep stairs to bathroom and living spaces. Several stairs are breaking and the rail is disconnecting from the wall in the middle. Also, adorable kitchen table top not secured to bottom. Shifts a bit if you are not aware. Lovely stay though!"

"This place was great! The apartment itself is a great size for 2 people. The yard was pretty big with lots of seating, firepit, an awesome guitar shaped chiminea, nice sized pool, outdoor tv in the gazebo. The owner, Ryan, came later at night and left the next morning. He was super nice and very helpful!"

"Overall was perfect. Property was well equipped with everything you need from cooking to laundry. Very well designed and had a wonderful New York City loft vibe. It even had all original wood floors which brings me to my only problem. There are multiple areas where the floor nails are raised and could potentially be a pain in your foot.
