"This house, the property and the location were perfect for our group. We checked in on a Saturday and stayed until Thursday. The house was very clean. Kitchen is a good size. Property is large. We had a big group and came to ride the trails. The location is very convenient at the head of Ride Royal Blue Trail 13. We had trailers, an RV, a fifth wheel and lots of trucks and SxS OHVs.
