" The property was beautiful, but because of all the crazy weather they’ve had, it’s not like the pictures. The river has gone down tremendously. The dock is broken and it is actually very difficult to even get to. Thankfully, we weren’t planning on doing much with the river because we were here in January, but if you are planning on making this house part of your summer plans, contact the host prior to see if the river and dock have improved at all. "Our family booked for a family reunion based out of Twin Cove Marina and had a great stay. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The downstairs bunkhouse room with 3 beds and a couch and retro video games were a big hit with our boys. Best of all it was a short boat ride to the marina! The only thing to mention is there is a large parking pad but no driveway, so drop your boat and trailer off at the marina first is my advice. We hope to stay again!"

"Once again another great stay in this property. The wife and I have stayed here 3-4 times now and really enjoy it. The host always makes us feel welcome and has everything ready for us. She even surprised us this trip with a couple great gifts for our dogs that often accompany us on the trip to this area. This trip we rode our SXS at Windrock. If you do this make sure and take a trip out to the flats in the evening. Pigs, Elk, etc. We also may a day trip to Gatlinburg, and visited Brushy...

"House conveniently located from Indian River Marina. Backyard has plenty seating to enjoy outdoors. Had some nice bonfires. Bedrooms are set up more for families with children. My children are adults. But we enjoyed our short stay. Renee was very responsive. "
