"Hotel offers a lot to do for kids and adults. I loved that a lot of the winter activities were included in our stay. Rooms were a bit dated but clean and beds were comfortable. "

"The staff were excellent, the grounds were beauitful but the pricing on any goods were way too expensive. Both restaurants pricing were extreme considering the portions. The service was substandard. It would be hard to go back because of this reason. The outdoor pool entrance is a hazzard. I cut my head going from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool. It took a layer of skin off my head. No hazzard signs. Very dangerous"

"We stayed there for the long weekend. It was pretty nice. We had amazing ski session on the slopes across the street. They have a nice continental breakfast where anyone can find something suitable. We were a group of 10 and it was great to have breakfast with a view in 2 out of 3 days. Kids enjoyed the pool which is open whole day 9 to 9 if I remember correctly. The heater had a problem but as soon as we announced the front desk they sent someone with a portable one to keep us cozy. "

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room. "I loved that there was a kitchenette. However, I would have preferred if the sheets and towels would have been washed in unscented and/ or all natural detergents. Also we needed a crib and there wasn’t one. "
