"My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful but too short vacation to Brownlee Reservoir and the Wallowa Mountains in May. This wonderful old farmhouse was our base. With Bullock Orioles nesting in the back yard trees and a covey of Quail in the driveway, and the Powder River backing up to the hayfields of the ranch. "Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay visiting family in Baker City. The only issue was that the bed was too soft for our liking and didn’t provide enough support. I have lower back problems and it wasn’t a comfortable sleep for me. However, guests who prefer a soft bed will love it. Overall, we would definitely come back, it’s a nice, quiet place to stay "
