We only stayed here one night but I will say that we were pleased with our stay. The rooms were pretty cozy and the kids loved the pool and the pool was actually heated as advertised. If we ever need to stay in Baker City again we would stay here again.

Staff never smiled and weren’t excited when we asked for towels for the pool since they were out. Beds are firm memory foam if that’s what you like. Floors are not carpeted which doesn’t make it feel very cozy.

The hotel and staff were excellent. We had a pet and walking around the building there was broken toilets, cabinets, etc. in the back. Items from a remodel but strewn around. I would recommend the hotel anyway.

Breakfast is better than the Super 8 hotels in AZ! I gave up booking in Super 8 hotels after my experience in AZ. But I found out that AZ Super 8 owners are just worse in maintaining the reputation of Super 8 hotel after I booked a room elsewhere. The staff in AZ were also rude when we told one guy that the bathroom shower water is leaking. We pointed it out to the guy but he was upset about us telling him that water is wasted that way. He must be the owner?! So please, always provide good breakfast. That's one thing that your guests look forward to after waking up. Thanks!
