"Easy check in , lovely property with all amenities and tea , coffee, bread , butter , milk etc. very clean. Very short walk to main road with a variety of shops and pubs . "Fabulous stay, to celebrate our mum turning 60. Really clean beautiful house with plenty of space even with no outdoor space, it accommodated our 6 adults and 2 kids perfectly. Would 100% stay here again in the heart of Filey with only a short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Loved it "

"Overall enjoyed our stay. Loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. The house was well equipped and well supplied with all the essentials. It was in a good location not far from the italian gardens and lovely views of scarborough bay. Only downside we found the sofas quite uncomfortable which was a shame as everything else was good."

"The cottage was ideally placed for going to the beaches, the market and most things in Scarborough. We stayed there with 2 adults, 2 17 year olds and 1 dog, the size of the property was perfect, we visited both beaches in Scarborough and the one in Filey which were all great.the teens went to York and Whitby for the day and went to the water park and had a great time, we found a couple of great local restaurants the plough in Scalby and Licorella in Scarborough. We had a lovely few days "

"The cottage is lovely, warm, comfortable and everything you need. Located outside Whitby off the Scarborough road easily accessible to local areas including Robin Hoods bay and Whitby using the buses. Many walks from the cottage too. Need a set of walking boots if the weather is wet. We really enjoyed our stay."
