They were well-equipped, featuring a kitchen and a laundromat that was easy to use—great for longer stays or if you just need to freshen up your clothes. The views from the room were also fantastic, adding an extra touch to the experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure everything was taken care of. Overall, I was very impressed with the room and amenities, and it contributed to a very comfortable stay."

"I stayed for two nights on a solo trip through China and received truly excellent service from Zhu Shuangqin and the team - they truly went above and beyond to help me arrange a trip to a neighbouring town. "We had a wonderful time at No. 5 from beginning to end. Our room was spacious, very comfortable and modern whilst being right in nature. We were very well looked after by the staff especially Frankie who went above and beyond every day even helping us organise trips and buy tickets and driving us to the entrance of the national park. He was even on hand over Alipay chat to answer questions we had whilst on day trips. Frankie’s dog was also very sweet and warmly greeted us whenever she saw us :) Yama served us wonderful tea and was fascinating to speak to. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. The surrounding area is amazing and we so enjoyed the national park, ancient town and “Grand Canyon”. "

"The property is amazing. We got a free upgrade with view to the mountain, and a balcony with a spa. Ming, the manager, was super nice, spoke good english, helped us with entrance tickets, gave you maps and good directions and even drove us to the national park! The other employees were very nice too and used the phone dictionary to communicate . Breakfast was good too, and they also offered a la carte dinner, which is very convenient after walking all day."

"The hotel room we stayed at was very clean and building looks pretty brand new. My friend and I were really impressed by the interior and amenities of the hotel. The staff even upgraded our room with a better view. You have to take an elevator up to the concierge, which has a chill dining/bar area, and then from there, another elevator up to your room, which I find interesting, because this way, it can avoid seeing many in/outs of people on the main first floor which sometimes could be deliveries etc. Overall, it was a great stay, if I ever come back to Changsha, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel."
