"The property is a complete desaster...not a.cup of glass inside the room!! No champu..no conditioner!!hey gave to us a room without elevator and we had to carried our heavy bag by stairs!! Nobody help us!! No breakfast included in a package but when I tried to paid for my breakfast the only thing that they sale was a coffe with milk and a t piece of bread with tomato!! ....The worse customer service that I nevver see!!"

"The location is further than stated. The room is basically a walk in closet. Its in an industrial area far away from everything with a funky oder and showcases an unbelievable amount of graffiti. I didn’t feel safe even during daylight hours. Neither receptionist spoke a word of English!? The "patio" offers you white-painted pallets to sit on?! And there is some kind of unadvertised animal refuge right next door with a demonic sounding bird that startled me awake each night! Hated...

"This place was good to hole up for a couple days and rest. It's a 20 minute bus + 30 minute train from anything worth seeing as a tourist so if you hope to see Madrid this is not the place. It's in an industrial area and the only place for miles around to eat is the hotel bar/ restaurant across the street. Great staff but not great food. No view from the room and a tiny tv like a laptop screen. For €33 a night it was worth having a private room if you wanna get out of hostels for a bit. One...

"It's really nice and spacious apartment in central Madrid. Very close to shopping area (Gran Via) and also local Mercado San Anton. The entire stay was great, apartment is equipped with smart TV and full kitchen. Check in/out is also easy. The only downside and making this place earned 4 out of 5 stars only is the sofabed. It is probably old, and when you unfold the mattress, it sags or has a noticeable dent, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on."

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"
