"This hotel was very nice!!! Anyone can find something to complain about. Minor maintenance is all that’s needed to make this place more upscale. Like toilet seat falling off and faucets not operating properly. I got use to the 2 problems and adjusted to them. Overall very happy and awesome view from pool and room."

"The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city...

"The location of the pousada is great. The staff did the best they could, they are very nice. However the pousada is just not in the greatest shape. We had the master suite, the nicest room in the pousada and even it just wasn't kept up. It has some charm, Ill give it that, and its hard for me to write a negative review. "Modern and spacious apartment in good area (lots of great places and beaches walking distance). There is no reception / front desk so the service was disappointing - getting there needed coordination which was difficult at best (to get keys etc), we didn’t have sheets for one of the beds and texted them around 6pm and they told us it wouldn’t be possible to bring them that day. "Room was disgusting, there were dead bugs everywhere and paint completely peeling off doors. There was possible bed bugs - overall I would never recommend this this place and thankful we only stayed 1 night. I was quite disgusted the entire duration and was almost too scared to sleep due to possibility of bed bugs!!!"
