"This hotel was very nice!!! Anyone can find something to complain about. Minor maintenance is all that’s needed to make this place more upscale. Like toilet seat falling off and faucets not operating properly. I got use to the 2 problems and adjusted to them. Overall very happy and awesome view from pool and room."

There is no reception / front desk so the service was disappointing - getting there needed coordination which was difficult at best (to get keys etc), we didn’t have sheets for one of the beds and texted them around 6pm and they told us it wouldn’t be possible to bring them that day. "The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city...
