"Overall nice stay in the showboat room. Couple things though to mention include that the heat thermostat did not seem to work. We like it a little warmer so we turned it up a bit but the temperature did not change in the room and nor did we hear the heat kick on at all during our stay. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't ideal either -also they only give you a very thin quilt type blanket which during the winter isn't quite enough for me. "Our overall experience was great. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant and our stay on the Gold level was outstanding. It was unfortunate to experience a building alarm at 4:00 a.m. but comforting to know that if there was a need to evacuate, we were given clear information and kept updated."
