"Newberry was our “hub” to visit so many sites in eastern UP. From waterfalls to lighthouses to beaches to historic sites. And even a lingering monarch butterfly that hadn’t migrated south yet. This property is everything it claims to be! A full kitchen; lots of beds; comfortable. No doubt a great place for everyone and their “toys”!"

"This home was perfect for our 4-generation group! It was roomy and had a large driveway/parking area for our trucks and trailers. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and the kitchen was nice and large so we weren't tripping over ourselves. We even spent a little time lounging around the "campfire" (even though we didn't light a fire) and the kids did a little fishing. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful home away from home!"

Stayed on a Friday and Saturday so was able to walk across street to the Tahquamenon Lodge and buy a yummy breakfast at very good price. They serve Sat and Sunday mornings. There is also a bar across street that serves burgers, etc. So very convenient. Had a problem with bathroom light but called and got a call back quickly. It was fixed immediately.
