"It was such a treat that the hotel is located next to the river. The river walk was perfect for walking our two fifteen-pound dogs. The Wolfgang Puck Restaurant ( located on the first floor) was phenomenal ( food and wait staff). Our room was spotless and comfortable. The river view was amazing. The entire hotel staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. All our needs and requirements were met. We left the Amway Grand Plaza, Curio Collection by Hilton extremely satisfied. "

"The room we was in had ROACHES and a REAL BAD SMELL coming thru the vents...it gave us a REAL BAD HEADACHE... people in room next to us was doing METH..I BELIEVE..even the manager smelled it and got a headache "
