"The property is old and dirty. Hole in bathroom door. Not maintained to standards to the price paid. Booked online but they did not have the reservation causing a very long checkin time and had to check in outside in the cold because they close the lobby. No true “continental breakfast”. Toast, bagels, and cereal only. Coffee is taken down at 9:30am, it provided all day. Many amenities listed that are not provided including WiFi"
