"Staff helpful, felt safe, accommodations were good"

"My friend and I were in town for one night to see a show at Newton Performing Arts Center. From the moment we checked in until we left we had a great experience. The owners are lovely people, and their kids even got off the school bus at the hotel that afternoon, so it was cute seeing their family dynamic. It’s an older motel, for sure, but they do a good job of keeping it clean and presentable. We don’t require anything fancy for just a night or two…just a place to sleep. Everything was clean, there were no bugs at all, the beds were comfortable, and at night it’s very well lit (we are two women, so safety is important!). It’s a very laid back place. The man who checked us in (I’m assuming the owner) was so funny and joked around with us. It was just a very pleasant experience! "

"Nice hotel! Very clean! Loved the bar and restaurant option-even though we did not use it. Very close to multiple restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean. We had the king suite so it was nice having a living room area. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
