"Misión del Sol was an unbelievable property with amazing amenities. The dining is healthy and delicious; the spa services were wonderful; the property grounds are lush and soothing; and the on-site activities (yoga, meditation, sound bath) made sure your day was as active as it was relaxing. I cannot imagine a more beautiful and relaxing getaway. "

"I'm giving this property five stars due to the helpful and kind people who worked here, the comfortable bed, the breakfast, and the property's overall aesthetic appeal. Overall the location is ideal. I will state that due to precaution in the area, this hotel was the best to stay as close to the historical center, in order to see Hernan Cortez's castle, and nearby good restaurants. I would caution anyone to go over 10 miles radius from this location. If you stay nearby, even at night you will due fine. There are good restaurants and bars within walking distance to this hotel. As far as amenities, this hotel does not provide wash cloths, which I know Americans like. I personally went out to a city market and purchased a luffa sponge. The only other thing that this hotel doesn't provide, and it is an utter inconvenience is a hairdryer. None of the rooms here have a hair dryer, and I discovered (with wet hair) I had to visit the front desk who had the hair dryers under lock and key. I had no idea, but I guess this area considers hair dryers like i-Phones?"

"El personal excelente. Las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno muy rico. Para mejorar: Poner enchufes suficientes, iluminación en baño poner luz blanca, no hay forma de ver bien para maquillarme, falta luz para lectura en las camas, falta luz en el espejo de la habitación y poder apagar la luz desde el buró y no solamente desde el lado donde está el closet. Se sale toda el agua de la regadera por la pared tan corta en la tina. En el desayuno pedí un plato de frutas y pedí plátano, me dijero que no había y al llegar mi cuñado pidió tazón de frutas y él si le dieron plátano. Pedí jugo verde y me dieron el chico pero a mi cuñado le trajeron el grande. ¿porqué esas diferencias y la falta de atención conmigo? Me molestó bastante. También ofrecieron pan dulce y le ofrecieron primero a él y mi me dejó al final. ¿no deben ser primero las damas por cortesía. Seguramente mi cuñado deja propinas muy buenas pero fue muy desagradable."
