"Check in was fine in the end. Hotel and hostel bookings are obviously different, so she gave me a scare when she said my name wasn’t coming up! Initially, the hostel seemed nice. Large beds and blinds for privacy. However, the lights were never turned off and the blinds are quite noisy. I know you can’t take total responsibility for other guests but throughout the night there was a lot of noise, and then in the morning the toilets stunk of vomit and cigarette butts were in the urinals, sinks...

"The staff didn’t understand the operation of this booking app, she was so persistent to ask me for another payment even when I’ve informed her that I’ve already paid through the app! Eventually, I called to Hotels.com UK, and asked for a interpreter! The room was filled with mozzies during the night ! "

"A The rooms were superbly fitted out. Lux bathrooms and firm comfortable, clean beds. The toiletries were also off high quality. The room climate controls were cutting edge and the temperature was always pleasant. The staff were very friendly, even offering to order a midnight snack and deliver it to my door. Will stay again!"
