"ホテルの敷地内にコンビニがあり便利でした。地下鉄の駅まで徒歩5分程度、駅の近くにショッピングモールがあり、食事する場所もありました。近くに同じチェンユグループのホテルがあり、間違わないように注意が必要かもしれません。あと、外観の看板が替わっており、写真と異なったので戸惑いました。 Visaカード、Masterカードが使用できず（恐らくJCB、AmexもNG）、現金で支払いました。（日本円がNG（当日レートが決まってなかった??)でUSドルで払いました。）英語はほとんど通じないと考えておいたほうが良いかと思います。（中国語話者がいないと苦労すると思います。）部屋の設備自体は、特に問題なく、仕事で宿泊するには問題ありません。朝食は、中国人宿泊客で混雑していましたが、美味しかったです。"

"停電 wifi用不到三分鐘就冇啦，轉左房先話轉房要比20蚊服務費。真係令人覺得好無奈。仲要我第一間房係全黑，我早上入去都覺得黑。"

"People and service is very nice .language sometimes becomes a problem. But there is nothing close by to do. You have to take metro or taxi to go around."

"We got an upgrade to a suite. The place was situated in a quiet neighbourhood with a garden outside. I love the interior of the hotel. Food was great and has so many choices. The only disadvantage, is not everyone speaks English, it was so hard to communicate. Overall, we had a great time, we love our room. They have provided a shuttle going to the Canton Fair which is a plus factor even Canton fair is far from the hotel. "
