"The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. The price is good for Guangzhou and the location is close to some interesting old streets with lots of character. The metro is close and a KFC and Pizza Hut. Good internet if you plug in. Wifi not so good. I always plug in with an ethernet cable."

"The hotel was great and near alot of places I wanted to go to. However as I was arriving from another country I had 3 suitcases and the porter/concierge refused to help me lift my suitcases onto the hotel trolley to take to my room despite several requests from the reception lady. She begged him but he would not budge preferring to look at his phone.
