"It was very quiet and even when there was a screaming child, the staff took care of it right away. I even had some very important paperwork to get emailed to my husband’s office, and they were very accommodating for me. They were very helpful and understanding about my situation as my husband is in UVA hospital for open heart surgery. We’re hoping to get closer to home for this. Driving home and back can get very stressful and expensive. Thank you also to the guest whose car that I accidentally hit in the parking lot. I had no idea that I hit it because of all of the snow. He was also very kind. I was more upset than him. I will be back again. "

"I'm not sure why the property is rated closer to an 8, but we had a very good experience. There were a couple of glitches with the heat, but the room cooled off while we went to dinner. $20 pet fee."

"We really enjoyed our stay Host Scott was very informative and has very clear information. The house is very family friendly. We loved being able to use the fireplace. The hot tub was spectacular my wife usually never likes Hot Tubs but used this one twice. Kids loved the indoor basketball hoops and pac-man . My wife grew up with pac-man so she really loved it. We booked the house for my BD and we had some great memories. We were very lucky ski resort was open so the kids loved that. Thank so much Scott. "

The owners are great, love their home and love sharing it with others. We had a relaxing time with adult children, with plenty of space for private conversations as well as for all of us together in the same room. The home is well stocked, including coffee and eggs: the furnishings are beautiful, plus decorated for Christmas, and very clean. We were all pleasantly surprised and thrilled with the quality of this home: it is the best we have experienced in a rental home. "
