"I love it"

"Nice hotel. They emailed me an online checkin, which I completed. When we arrived I still had to provide id & credit card. When I told her I’d done the online checkin she said they don’t use it. They also charged the $100 “hold” so I got charged that amount plus my room rate. I called and they have to refund the $100. She said that’s how they do it but when I checked in she said it was a hold and would be released when I checked out. "

"Spacious hotel, clean except because there was smell maybe like musty. Or that sometimes they smoked outside and I was in the first corridor and the smell remained. Otherwise, everything is fine! Convenient and close to everything! Recommending."
