"The bed was really comfortable. The hotel seems to be a little dated. There was a crack noticeable in the stairway leading up to the second floor room. They need to get on top of that and fix that. I was concerned when I called the front desk to ask for the Wi-Fi and it literally took four phone calls for them to pick up and respond if this was about 8:30 PM The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and the room was comfortable. Areas for improvement would be to modernize the hotel and then also...

"Our family of 5 had a fantastic time at this beautiful home. Our teenage daughter claimed the loft area for herself, while our two younger kids each had their own bedroom. My wife & I had the bedroom downstairs, which was great for peace & quiet. The house is very new & modern, and we loved sitting outside around the fire pit - roasting s’mores and enjoying the nights. Could not have picked a better property!"

"Having visited HSV twi,ce before, we wanted to see our family's reaction to the possibility of us moving there from TX. As a family, we hiked some of the trails. played pickleball, viewed the rest of the amenities, shopped locally and loved the sunsets over the hills and trees. This house provided us with everything we needed and worked out perfectly. Just disappointed that we couldn't have a fire in the fire pit while there. Thanks for the memories and next step for us is to rent a house...

"Quick get away to celebrate a family member’s birthday and to go to Ron Coleman Crystal Mine. Had a great time and everywhere we ate was wonderful. The home was perfect for us and highly recommend to others, but so many lovely things in the home that it is not toddler friendly or if you can’t climb steps this one isn’t for you.z"
