"We came to this property to fish as we didnt have a boat, but there is a great dock. We caught fish, saw wildlife, heard bobwhites and whipowills. This property is perfect. Everything you nedd is here. Come stay here! you will you could never forget"

"This home has comfortable couches and beds. There is plenty of living room seating for a huge crowd. There is an additional couch not shown in the photos. There are plenty of spices and kitchen tools if you plan to cook. There are two refrigerator/freezers. The seating area around the fire pit and on the dock are very relaxing. The river is gorgeous! There is a rooster next door that crows ALL day long. He does quiet when it is very dark outside. You can barely hear him when inside the house. The photos show carpeted floors. There is no carpet in the house. It is all tile or wood floors. The neighbor's dogs usually came to visit as we opened or closed the gate. They did not come close. They were not threatening at all."
