"Freshly refurbished, clean and tidy, decent shower with soap and shampoo provided, central location in the town. Not a huge room, but adequate for a few nights. No wardrobe, but there were a few pegs to hang stuff on, and a few small open shelves. Some noise from folks leaving the pub quite late, also traffic noise from the A5. I was worried about how to access the property, but instructions arrived by SMS mid afternoon and worked fine. "

"Lovely staff, easy check in, fantastic room very comfy and clean and had everything we could have wished for. The only down side was someone was hammering on the front door for half an hour at 4.30am which woke us up but will definitely stay here again. Haven’t tried the breakfast yet as it’s only 7am but I’m told it’s wonderful!"

" Good value @ £30 a night clean, bed comfortable, a bit cold at night but the duvet was up to the job. Took a while to work out the shower on button it has a subtle action to stay on. The door got stuck a couple of times. Kitchen and washing machine a nice touch. Some water damage from the room above resulting in flakes of paint all over the ensuite sink. "It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."
